Prices and prices

At Luyana Skincare, all prices are in Danish kroner and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold out items.

Payment methods

Luyana Skincare accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.

Delivery of goods

Luyana Skincare strives to ship orders placed before 2 pm on the same day, after which orders are shipped the next business day.

We ship to all of Denmark. Free shipping until the end of 2024 for orders over 100 kr. Items will be delivered to the delivery address or the closest parcel shop specified when ordering.

Your goods are shipped with GLS.

NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, please contact customer service.

Items are delivered every weekday of the week. Your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering.

For certain items, special delivery terms apply. The conditions will be specifically stated prior to the purchase of these items.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect/error. Luyana Skincare will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Refund

In the case of a refund, please include bank details in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can safely be provided by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop.

Unfortunately, according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, there is no right of withdrawal on digital products that are put into use. However, if the product does not live up to your expectations, please contact us.

The period is counted from the day

  • Where you receive the order.
  • Receive the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several batches.
  • Receive the last lot or last part in physical possession in the case of an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several lots/parts.
  • The first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of goods over a certain period of time.

Return costs are at your own expense.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and you must return the shipment within 14 days of the cancellation. The notification must be given by email at hello@luyanaskincare.com. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill out the enclosed Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without giving clear notice at the same time.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:

  • Goods that have been manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Goods that, due to their nature, become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
  • Goods where the seal has been broken.
  • Non-financial services provided where the provision of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully performed.
  • Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the consumer thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
  • Newspapers, periodicals or magazines, however, excluding subscription agreements for such publications.
  • Contracts concluded at public auction.
  • Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly.
  • Digital products that have been put into use. In use means that if the digital product has been downloaded, it is in use and cannot be undone.

Returns

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return. When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring that it is properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The return process will be faster if you also fill in and enclose our Cancellation Form.

You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.
We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the item as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item is tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive a full refund, you must try out the product without actually using it.

Refund of the purchase

If you regret your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you have paid to us.

In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided proof of return before then.

Rights

All rights to workshops, courses, events and digital products belong to Luyana Skincare.

Purchase grants a license to use the purchased product as stated under the product in question.

Your digital product is personal and you are not allowed to sell, forward, lend, give away or otherwise distribute the purchased product, neither privately nor commercially. This applies to the content of our online products, downloaded products, live classes, workshops and courses.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Luyana Skincare mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Luyana Skincare (“Luyana Skincare”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Luyana Skincare’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Luyana Skincare through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Luyana Skincare. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Luyana or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Luyana Skincare mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

We process your personal data for the purpose of delivering the product to you and to process inquiries regarding your purchase.
