Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

We strive to ship your order the same day you order if we receive your order before 1 pm - otherwise we ship as soon as possible and in any case within 1-2 business days. Please allow up to 1 business day to process your order.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped with your tracking number(s) from GLS. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Expected delivery time is 1-3 business days. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.

The expected delivery time may vary during peak periods such as after Black Friday. 

If you place a pre-order for an item, the amount will be deducted from your account at the same time as the reservation. The item will be shipped to you as soon as possible when it is in stock.

SHIPPING RATES

All orders over 700 DKK will be sent with free shipping via GLS within the EU, otherwise it will follow GLS shipping rates.

Orders to the UK and US will follow UPS shipping rates. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country. Luyana Skincare I/S is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
