Refund

In the case of a refund, please include bank details in the form of account number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can safely be provided by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop.

Unfortunately, according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, there is no right of withdrawal on digital products that are put into use. However, if the product does not live up to your expectations, please contact us.

The period is counted from the day

Where you receive the order.
Receive the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several batches.
Receive the last lot or last part in physical possession in the case of an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several lots/parts.
The first item in physical possession in the case of regular delivery of goods over a certain period of time.

Return costs are at your own expense.

Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and you must return the shipment within 14 days of the cancellation. The notification must be given by email at hello@luyanaskincare.com. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to return the item to us, you must fill out the enclosed Return Form and send the item to:

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without giving clear notice at the same time.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:

Goods that have been manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
Goods that, due to their nature, become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
Goods where the seal has been broken.
Non-financial services provided where the provision of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ceases when the service is fully performed.
Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the consumer thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
Newspapers, periodicals or magazines, however, excluding subscription agreements for such publications.
Contracts concluded at public auction.
Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly.
Digital products that have been put into use. In use means that if the digital product has been downloaded, it is in use and cannot be undone.

Returns

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return. When returning an item, you are responsible for ensuring that it is properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. The return process will be faster if you also fill in and enclose our Cancellation Form.

You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.
We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the item as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item is tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt - of the return. In order to receive a full refund, you must try out the product without actually using it.

Refund of the purchase

If you regret your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you have paid to us.

In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a form of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided proof of return before then.
